How Easy is it to Install?
The BetterBodies Motorsport Porsche 997 Carrera Polyurethane Aero Side Rockers are engineered for OEM-style fitment, aligning perfectly with the 2005–2011 Porsche 997.1 and 997.2 Carrera, Carrera S, Carrera 4, and Carrera 4S narrow-body models. Each rocker panel is molded with pre-marked mounting points for precise alignment and comes with pre-installed 3M automotive-grade double-sided tape along with the necessary mounting hardware for a secure installation. Arriving in a raw black finish, these polyurethane rockers require standard body shop prep (scuff, prime, paint) if you plan to color match them to your Porsche. While experienced DIY installers can complete the fitment, we recommend professional installation for perfect alignment and finish. If in stock, these ship within 24–48 hours; if backordered, please allow 3–8 business days for dispatch.

These aero racing-style side rockers extend the car’s lower profile, giving your Porsche 997 a sleeker, more aggressive stance. Will it Crack or Break?
ABSOLUTELY NOT - Polyurethane is exceptionally impact-resistant, making it ideal for real-world driving. These rockers can flex when encountering curbs, steep driveways, or road debris, then return to their original shape without structural damage. Most impacts will leave only minor cosmetic marks, which can be refinished if desired.
