GT3 Rocker Panel Installation Instructions

Start by drilling the three marked holes on the bottom of the the rocker panel.

Install provided clips in the same holes you just
drilled.

Use the same drill to remove burr from rear
bottom clip fastening area.

 

 

 
Remove OEM brass clip from stock rocker panel
bottom end cap.
Fasten OEM brass clip in same location of your
NEW JT3 Rocker panels.
Clean inner mounting liner with acetone and
"Scotchbrite" to remove any silicone agents.
Bend provided ampule to primer the area for bonding 3M tape. You have 5 minutes of flashtime!
Place 3M tape on inner mounting liner.
Align rocker on car and hold with blue-tape.
Mark the top edge of rocker with blue tape or
a grease pencil & remove the rocker.
With a new ampule, coat all surface below the
blue tape about 1" in height.
Peel about 3" of the 3M tape cover on each end
and reinstall the rocker. Peel cover 1foot at a time.
Once rocker is glued to body, snap the clips
to the chassis vertical lip in the bottom.
Make sure to place the lower tray below the
Rocker. Align the clip hole with the tray hole.
Bolt the screw to the brass clip.
