Will Polyurethane crack or break?
ABSOLUTELY NOT — our polyurethane parts are highly durable and flexible, unlike fiberglass, carbon fiber, or ABS which can easily crack. Polyurethane is designed to withstand daily driving, minor impacts, and temperature changes without breaking. It’s the same material many OEM manufacturers use for bumpers and aero parts, making it a reliable choice for long-term performance.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide! International customers can place orders directly through our website. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. All international orders come with tracking, and any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
When will I get my order?
A: If the item you ordered is in stock, we typically process and ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way. For items that are temporarily out of stock, please allow 10–12 business days for production and fulfillment before shipping. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly when to expect your order. Whether it’s shipping from our warehouse or being custom-produced, our team works hard to make sure your parts arrive as quickly and safely as possible.
Where are your products manufactured?
A: All of our polyurethane parts are proudly manufactured in Newport Beach, Southern California. By keeping production local, we’re able to maintain strict quality control, ensure precise fitment, and deliver consistent results our customers can trust. Every piece is designed, molded, and finished here in the U.S.A., reflecting the craftsmanship and attention to detail that sets us apart.
What is your return policy
Merchandise will not be accepted for credit, exchange, or refund without prior authorization from BetterBodies Motorsport. No returns are allowed on special orders. No returns will be accepted after 10 days from the date of receipt. Any merchandise accepted for return — if due to any reason other than our error — will incur a 25% handling and re-stocking charge. Freight must be prepaid and insured on all returned merchandise. We will not accept returns without prior authorization.
Any item returned to BetterBodies Motorsport must have the issued RMA # clearly marked on the outside of the box. All merchandise being returned must be in new, resaleable condition with original packaging. Painted or modified parts cannot be returned. If damage occurs on returned parts, you are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company. We will refuse shipment if parts are received damaged.
